All clients with a service agreement can count on support from the Mavim helpdesk. There are also special websites for the support of our software.
Support for Mavim Products
We have implemented a support system for clients using Mavim Rules and Mavim SIS which provides the most up to date information about the newest version of Mavim Products; http://support.mavim.com/.
The Mavim support system offers you:
- Easy use; quick and easy method of submitting questions
- Follow the status of your question via a ticket
- Knowlegebase with answers to frequently asked questions
- Latest news about the software
- Downloads (patches, updates, etc.)

Remote Desktop Support
We use ISL Light to provide remote desktop support: ISL Light is the secure and easy way to remotely deliver technical assistance to our clients. Without any installations or configurations ISL Light support sessions are started in seconds. To start a remote desktop session:
Step 1: Click on the picture below, and save the file on your desktop or select run
Step 2: Enter the code we supply
Step 3: Click connect
