Unilever Australasia, a leading manufacturer of food, home and personal care products, has selected Mavim to effectively manage its internal processes governing IT operations.
Unilever Australasia’s IT team faced a challenge mapping its processes in a range of formats, including flowcharts and matrices. Unilever Australasia also had a requirement to simplify process documentation, and streamline maintenance while ensuring document consistency across multiple departments.
Unilever selected Mavim software due to its ease of use, and ability to generate positive return on investment (ROI) in a short timeframe.
Deployed at the crucial junction between the IT department and organisational management, Mavim software enables organisations to effectively capture, design, maintain, and communicate organisational processes, rules, and changes.
The Mavim implementation is expected to be completed by September.
