So in short: to get to Step 6 - RESULT we need to start with Step 1 - MASTERY. I tell you nothing new when I say: It is all about mastering the basic processes. You need to describe exactly who does what, where, when, why and with what. After you have done that you will need to communicate the processes to your staff. Your staff will follow the “business rules” and give you feedback about them. This feedback loop will bring your company in a continuous state of improvement.
How to do this? That is exactly why they hired you. You are the Master of your Business Rules. Right?
